Any online profile, messaging account or platform claiming to represent Lomaku by Nokuhle or its team members while asking for investment funds, deposit transfers or crypto wallet payments is fraudulent and impersonating our brand.

3. Separation of Professional Services and Creative Consulting

To maintain full compliance with regulatory standards, Lomaku by Nokuhle maintains a clear distinction between its regulated professional accounting practice and its creative media activities:

• Regulated Professional Services: Accounting & Bookkeeping, Independent Reviews and Corporate Secretarial services are conducted in accordance with the SAICA Code of Professional Conduct, SAICA By-laws and the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
• Creative and Media Services: Digital content creation, creative brand consulting, photography and videography, educational media and corporate brand partnerships operate as non-regulated commercial activities. Corporate partnerships or sponsorships do not influence our professional objectivity, independence or technical duties.

4. Affiliate Links and Commercial Transparency

Our videos or website pages may occasionally contain affiliate links, referral codes or sponsored mentions (for example, software walkthroughs or app tutorials).
